Potomac Yacht Racing Club
The Potomac Yacht Racing Club is an association of Yacht Clubs on the Potomac
River. The $50.00 assessed each club last year was for last year's
club dues for PYRC; mostly to defray costs of CBYRA membership, river
championship trophies, green book pages. At the annual meeting this
year they voted to end club dues completely for 2000. There is no $50.00
required for this year. Only individual membership ($10.00) is needed to
join and qualify for river championship trophies and to support the continuation
of PYRC activities. But anyone can race at a regatta for trophies at that
specific event; we still have open regattas! Pass the word, let folks know
that there is still racing up river
