LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand and accept the risks involved in yacht racing and I understand that I am fully responsible for the operation of my boat and the safety of myself and my crew. This includes the having on board, the maintenance and the proper use of all Coast Guard safety equipment required for my boat. I participate at my own risk. The Dahlgren Yacht Club and all parties involved in the organization and execution of the race series shall not be liable for any accident, injury, damage, or loss; personal, material or otherwise; before, during or after the race.
